Why the «Поверь мне» Cover Shows an Ocean and a Green Horizon

The visual concept behind The Materials’ «Поверь мне» single cover: a dark ocean, light on the horizon, and a path through the dark.

The central image

The «Поверь мне» cover shows a dark ocean at night, a vast sky, and green-turquoise light on the horizon.

A person here seems to stand in darkness, yet keeps moving toward the light.

Why the ocean

The ocean is not decorative release backdrop — it is part of The Materials’ language. It is the space between worlds: no shore, no guarantees, one distant landmark.

There are no close-up faces on the cover. Instead — scale. A private feeling opens out into space.

The green horizon

The light on the horizon is a destination not yet named. It shines through fog, mirrors as a path on the water, and feels like an impossible but necessary point of pull.

Cyan, emerald, and pale horizon light live inside near-black darkness — just as the song’s theme lives inside the great darkness of distance.

If the song says: find me across worlds — the cover shows what that looks like: walking a path of light on the water toward a horizon you can believe in.
